Nelyax LLC grants you a temporary, non-transferable license to download and view one copy of the materials on their website for personal, non-commercial use only. Fees

• Your request for a refund pertains to services rendered by our third-party service providers or partners.
• Your request for a refund pertains to services that we have already provided.

Post-Incorporation Information and Maintenance
After the incorporation process, it is your responsibility to ensure that your company status is maintained by fulfilling all necessary maintenance, reporting, filing, and other documentation requirements. This includes compliance with legal, tax, or other regulatory commissions at the federal, state, and local levels.

Nelyax LLC may contact you regarding post-incorporation maintenance to send updates, notices, or reminders. However, we will not be held liable for any action or inaction on your part in response to this information, or for any inability to receive or access it. We may cease providing such information at our discretion.
